Grants for School Clothing

As part of our commitment to the continuous improvement of processes and reducing our carbon footprint, we are implementing significant changes to the School Clothing Grant Scheme.

From 1st March 2025, we will no longer be providing a paper format application form.  All applications will be processed on-line using our secure portal.

Key Changes

  • Applicants will be able to access the on-line portal via the trust's website.
  • Applicants will need to complete an eligibility checker before they can submit an application. If you are not eligible you will not be able to proceed.
  • The application form must be completed on-line using our secure portal and supporting evidence uploaded directly to the portal.
  • Guidance notes will be available on the website to help you complete the form. We recommend that you read the guidance notes before you start the process to ensure you understand the eligibility criteria and how we use your data.
  • Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email and an e-voucher with a QR code showing the amount awarded (terms and conditions apply) as soon as their application is accepted.

This is a major change to our current process which means that vouchers will be sent directly to applicants much earlier than in previous years. This will give more time to use the voucher and applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.

If you do not have on-line access or need help completing the form please call 0121 794 0970 for assistance.  Office hours are 8.30am-4pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

A link to the portal will be available on the website from 4th March 2025.

Please check the website for updates or visit the SCCT facebook page for information. Schools will also publish details via their school newsletter
