Grants for School Clothing

As part of our commitment to the continuous improvement of processes and reducing our carbon footprint, we are implementing significant changes to the School Clothing Grant Scheme.

We are now accepting new applications for school uniform grants.  All applications will be processed on-line using our secure portal.

Key Changes

  • Applicants will be able to access the on-line portal via the trust's website.
  • Applicants will need to complete an eligibility checker before they can submit an application. If you are not eligible you will not be able to proceed.
  • The application form must be completed on-line using our secure portal and supporting evidence uploaded directly to the portal.
  • We recommend that you read the School Uniform Application Guidelines.docx  before you start the process to ensure you understand the eligibility criteria, how to complete the form and how we use your data.
  • Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email and an e-voucher with a QR code showing the amount awarded (terms and conditions apply) as soon as their application is approved.

This is a major change to our current process which means that vouchers will be sent directly to applicants much earlier than in previous years. This will extend the time allowed to use the voucher and applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
